The TCM Chef was born out of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician’s passion for culinary and dietary therapy. After a few years in healthcare, Chef Wan Jing pursued a Diploma in Culinary Arts to marry her interests in food and medicine. As a private chef, she aims to present Chinese herbs in modern ways and show that TCM nutrition can be more than herbal soup.
In this summer takeaway, Chef Wan Jing has curated home-cooked dishes suitable for Singapore’s warm climate. The herbs and ingredients are specially selected to cool, restore balance and nourish the body.
