Mixsense is the brainchild of creative duo Wei Shan and Alexandra. Their menu incorporates Asian and French influences with a distinct Modern European flair. Head chef Wei Shan boasts an impressive repertoire of working at various Michelin-star restaurants. Citing his dyslexia as his inspiration, Wei Shan likes to do things the opposite way, having fun with cooking and plating. Alexandra, a sweet tooth, is in charge of baked goods and desserts. Her Sourdough bread and Yuzu Citron Tart has become Mixsense’s signatures. Both partners are also avid foodies. In Singapore, they often turn to local hawkers as comfort food, while overseas, they visit the local markets and try to understand the local cuisines. With the goal of presenting an unparalleled gastronomic journey, the duo amplifies the simplest details of a dining experience to create an event of their own!
