Chef Wan Jing

Wan Jing is a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner whose culinary journey began during university in Beijing, China.  

After being in the healthcare industry for seven years, Wan Jing decided to follow her passion for cooking. She enrolled in culinary school and matured her cooking style by perfecting various techniques such as pickling, dehydration, smoking and deep-frying.  

Through her cooking, Wan Jing hopes her guests will be able to understand the basic principles of TCM and the health benefits of Chinese herbs. She loves experimenting with herbs in her cooking and is always looking for innovative ways to incorporate them into daily life.
